that Dorothy Langer has joined the company as Executive Vice President
of Business Development and Strategic Marketing. In this newly created
position, Ms. Langer will have responsibility for driving the company’s
entry into new industry verticals and other market segments. In addition,
she will direct strategic marketing initiatives that position the

Ms. Langer has a unique combination of experience in building sales
organizations, implementing marketing and product strategies, investing
in high-technology companies and helping companies forge strategic
alliances. She joins IntraLinks from Langer and Company, a Boston-based
strategy consulting firm that advised senior management at more than
90 Fortune 500 and early-stage companies on strategic partnering and
other growth strategies.
Before founding Langer and Company, Ms. Langer launched the Boston

she developed the Northeast into Businessland’s most profitable

worldwide sales and marketing organization and helped to position
the company as the leading high-tech research and advisory firm.
Ms. Langer began her career with IBM, where she held management positions
in sales, marketing, and strategic planning. She holds a Bachelor
of Science Degree from Simmons College and is a member of the Board
of Directors of the Massachusetts College of Art Foundation.
“This is a terrific opportunity to work with an outstanding
