IntraLinks Names Peter J. Boni Chairman of the Board

IntraLinks, Inc., the leading provider of digital workspaces to
the financial services and pharmaceutical industries, today announced
the appointment of Peter J. Boni as non-executive Chairman of the
Board. Mr. Boni succeeds Milton Pappas, who will remain on the Board
of Directors
Mr. Boni is an Operating Partner of Advent International, one of
the world's largest global private equity firms with $6 billion
under management. Mr. Boni has a 20-year track record of increasing
shareholder value as a technology CEO and Fortune 500 executive
with companies at various stages of growth and maturity. The firms
he led have been recognized among the Inc. 500, achieved an IPO,
or were acquired by industry leaders such as Computer Associates
and Cisco Systems.

Previously, Mr. Boni served as Chairman and CEO of Surebridge, Inc.,
an applications outsourcer serving the middle market. At Surebridge
he acquired and integrated competing firms, formed alliances with
Microsoft and PeopleSoft, and positioned the company for its acquisition
by NASDAQ-listed NaviSite.
Mr. Boni has also served as CEO of Prime Response, CEO of Cayenne
Software, President of On-Line Software International, and as president
of the Software and Information Services Group of Paramount Communications,
Inc. (now Viacom, Inc.).
Mr. Boni has been a member of IntraLinks' board since December 2003,
when he joined as an independent board member. The eight-member
board is comprised of Patrick Wack, President and CEO of IntraLinks;
James Datin, CEO of TouchPoint Solutions; John Curran, Executive
Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Reuters Group;
Roger Hurwitz, partner at Apax Partners; Habib Kairouz, Managing
Partner of Rho Capital Partners; Milton J. Pappas, founder of Euclid
Partners; and David Wassong, partner at Soros Private Equity Partners.
Trained as an Infantry Army Officer in Special Operations, Mr. Boni
is a decorated combat veteran. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from
the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and studied for an MBA
at Boston University.
