NEW YORK, NY April 18, 2005 IntraLinks, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand workspaces to the financial services and pharmaceutical industries, today announced that Anthony Plesner has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. "We're excited to have Mr. Plesner join the company," said Patrick J. Wack, President and Chief Executive Officer of IntraLinks. "His direct experience leading technology companies through growth cycles will make him a valuable asset to the company's management team." Mr. Plesner, 46, has more than 20 years of financial management experience. Most recently, Mr. Plesner served as CFO and Chief Operating Officer for The NewsMarket, an online video archive and delivery platform, where he implemented compliance and operational controls. Previously, he served as President and COO of 24/7 Real Media, Inc. a NASDAQ-listed provider of interactive marketing and technology services, where he led the company through major acquisitions and restructuring efforts. Prior to that, Mr. Plesner served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Development at Medscape, Inc., where he helped to steer the company through a successful IPO. He also worked with Reuters Corporation, holding several senior finance and operations positions in New York, Hong Kong, Tokyo and London in his 13-year tenure. Mr. Plesner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Manchester in England and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Plesner will lead the company's finance and administrative teams. Andrew Goldman, Executive Vice President of Finance, will continue responsibilities for the company's day-to-day financial operations.
