SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Selects IntraLinks
as Exclusive Provider

SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, a division of SunTrust Capital Markets,
Inc., today announced that it has selected IntraLinks as its exclusive
provider of virtual data room services for M&A advisement deals.
SunTrust will standardize on IntraLinks for its deals, establishing
a
turnkey solution that can be implemented rapidly to further reduce
time
to market for the firm's clients. SunTrust will also take advantage
of
IntraLinks' Private Label Service, a feature that will enable them
to
reinforce their brand among their clients by customizing their virtual
data rooms with their corporate logo and colors.
