IntraLinks Wins International Business Award for Best Customer

IntraLinks, Inc., the leading provider of secure,
online workspaces, has won Best Customer Service Team in the International
Business Awards (IBA). The award recognises the achievement of the
EMEA client service team in providing support to the 600,000 users
in more than 190 countries that use IntraLinks’ service.
IntraLinks’ EMEA client service team is based in London and
includes local project management teams in Germany, France and Italy.
Additional support is provided through local partners in Sweden,
The Netherlands and South Africa. Specialist roles include logistics
experts as well as personnel dedicated to servicing clients in Debt
Capital Markets, M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Services and
Life Sciences.
Consultation and training is provided in English,
German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Swedish, Portugese,
Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
In Asia Pacific, clients are supported in Cantonese, Mandarin
and Kanji.
Nicknamed the Stevie from the Greek word “crowned,” the
awards will be presented at a gala dinner ceremony on Monday, September
10 at the Munich Marriott Hotel in Munich, Germany. Recipients of
98 International Stevie Award trophies were selected from more than
1,000 nominations received from companies and individuals in more
than 30 countries. Other category winners include Daimler Chrysler
AG, Novartis and BT Conferencing.
